• We ask that everyone who schedules a birthday party with us agree to the terms and conditions below.

    ALL PARTY GUESTS MUST ENTER THRU THE FRONT DOOR. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    We are a shoe free facility, all party guests (ADULTS INCLUDED) must have socks. *Grip socks are recommended but not required.....socks are available for purchase.

    Food & Drinks are not permitted on the play floor. Food and drinks must stay in the party rooms or our designated cafe area.

    Party room rental time is for 2 hours (that begins at your party start time). Extra room time may be purchased in advanced if the schedule allows.

    All party guests must fill out a waiver before playing.

    All party guests must adhere to the posted rules at our facility.

    The use of silly string, confetti poppers, excessive use of glitter or use of permanent hanging materials will result in an additional clean up fee of $100.

    You may come to set up 30 minutes before your reserved party time. Please note that our employees will be cleaning up the facility during this time.

    **In the event that additional charges are accrued, Mem's Playhouse & More, LLC reserves the right to charge cards on file for the damages sustained due to violation of party and/or facility rules.

  • At Mem's Playhouse, we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness for all guests and staff. Our policy is as follows:

    1. Non-Refundable Deposit:
    o All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable. This policy helps us secure your date and prepare for your event.

    2. Rescheduling:
    o Parties may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 7 days before the original event date.
    o Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event date will incur a $50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

    3. Cancellations:
    o If you choose to cancel your event entirely, any additional payments made (beyond the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded based on the following timeline:
    **14 days or more before the event: Full refund (excluding deposit).
    ** Less than 14 days: No refund.

    4. No-Shows:
    o Parties that do not show up on the scheduled date without prior notice will forfeit all payments, including the deposit.

  • At Mem's Playhouse, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible. However, if the new date you wish to reschedule to is unavailable, the following policy applies:

    1. Unavailability of Preferred Date:
    o If your preferred reschedule date is unavailable and you are unwilling to select another date, any additional payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
    o The non-refundable deposit will not be returned, as it secures your spot on our schedule, preventing other guests from booking that date.

    2. Flexible Options:
    o If no immediate alternative date works for you, we can offer a credit equal to your deposit amount. This credit can be applied toward a future event at Mem's Playhouse within 6 months of the original event date.

    3. Final Decisions:
    o If you choose not to reschedule and prefer to cancel altogether, the event will be considered canceled, and the non-refundable deposit will be retained as per our cancellation policy.

  • The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, Mem's Playhouse offers the following options:

    1. Guest-Initiated Rescheduling:
    o If you feel travel conditions are unsafe due to weather, please contact us at least 3 hours before your scheduled party start time to reschedule. Rescheduling due to inclement weather will not incur any fees.

    2. Playhouse-Initiated Closures:
    o If Mem's Playhouse must close due to inclement weather, all affected parties will be notified promptly. Guests will have the option to:
    Reschedule at no additional cost, or
