Welcome to Mem's Playhouse!
To help provide a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these House Rules during your visit.
1. Adult Supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Mem's Playhouse is not a drop-off facility. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children and must remain on the premises throughout their visit.
2. Play Safely
Walking feet only! Running, rough play, pushing, horseplay, climbing up slides, or using equipment in a manner other than intended is not permitted. Please help us keep everyone safe.
3. Socks Required – No Exceptions
Anyone entering the play floor for any reason—including children, parents, guardians, and all other guests—must follow our play floor rules. Shoes and bare feet are not permitted on the play floor. Socks must be worn at all times. Socks are available for purchase for $3.00 per pair, plus tax. Disposable shoe covers are available for $1.00 per pair for guests who prefer to keep their shoes on.
4. Food & Drinks
Food and beverages may only be enjoyed in the designated seating area or a reserved party room. Please help us keep food and drinks off the play floor.
5. Respect Our Facility
Please treat our toys, equipment, and facility with care. Throwing toys, intentionally misusing equipment, or damaging property is prohibited. Families are responsible for any intentional damage caused during their visit.
6. Help Keep Everyone Healthy
If you or your child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or symptoms of a contagious illness, we kindly ask that you visit us another day.
7. Help Us Keep It Safe
If you notice damaged equipment, broken toys, or any other safety concern, please notify a team member immediately.
8. Be Kind & Respectful
Please be respectful of our staff, facility, and fellow guests. Bullying, aggressive behavior, inappropriate language, or disruptive conduct is not permitted. Please follow the instructions of our team members so we can provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
9. Personal Belongings
Mem's Playhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
10. Management Policy
Mem's Playhouse reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave the facility without a refund if these rules are not followed or if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or intentionally destructive.
